Mark is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and he is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS).  This specialty certification identifies those physical therapists that are committed to clinical excellence in their chosen area. It is obtained only after a strict qualification process followed by successful completion of an 8- hour certification exam administered by the National Board of Medical Examiners. To maintain the certified specialist designation, individuals must re-certify every 10 years. Currently, less than 1% of the physical therapists nation-wide have achieved Board Certified status.

Special Areas of Interest

Mark enjoys participating in community education programs and often gives of his time to speak to community groups on a variety of health and fitness-related topics.
